I went to the Verizon Callaway store to buy a phone on 25 April 2023 and came back the next day as I had questions and help with my new phone. During this time I dealt with employees Katie, Eliana, and Jennifer. They all were very nice, patient, and respectful towards me. I'm old and not great with the new phones, but they took the time and got me through what I needed to feel confident using my new phone. I greatly appreciate all three of them treating me as a valued customer and providing a positive relaxed atmosphere for me as a customer. They welcomed me back if I needed help with my phone. I greatly appreciate it!

I had not purchased a new phone and a very long time I had a dinosaur iPhone 7 and I upgraded to an iPhone 14. Yes, I had some questions and the sales representative was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. She encouraged me to come back anytime I had any problems and she would help me figure out how to use my new phone… I’m not a tech person so her help was very much appreciated . Eliana was awesome 🤘
