Maureen has been wonderful on two different occasions that I have been at this location. Always shared the current promotions with us. I was able to upgrade my two sons phone on different occasions and got a free tablet for my husband. And she has a great smile when assisting us. Thank you.

Ha! WATCH OUT FOR THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE. I got lied to just so this employee could get a little commission. An employee here (I should write that person's name on here but I'm gonna leave it out) straight up LIED to me to get a new internet activation. Verizon's internet was $5/month cheaper than what I was paying with Spectrum and they were offering a $200 Target gift card and a Nintendo Switch if I switched that day to Verizon's internet. I'm like cool. My 4-year old nephew's bday is coming up so I just planned on giving it to him for his birthday. I even told the employee when his birthday was. They told me that all I had to do was wait 7 days after I activated my internet to redeem it and then wait 30 days for it to be sent to me. I'm like cool....Straight up lie. After I was unable to redeem the offer inside the My Verizon app, I called Verizon's customer care and they said that none of what I was told was true. Turns out I have to wait 60 days to even redeem it, and then another 30-45 days for it to get sent to me, so it's gonna be 3 1/2 months before I even get it. In reality, all the employee had to do was tell me that up front. That employee got their little bonus for lying to me, hope they're happy.

Placed an order online and awaited notification to pick up but instead got a cancellation 3 days later.
