3.25: Artistic, transcending, and experiential. Some(a majority)dishes were lacking flavor for the price point, but all had wonderful presentation. Highlights photographed. Best quail I’ve ever had.

If you like arts, it is a great place to be. Great building, great decoration, a lot of artist like waiters and waitresses giving you a feeling of inside an art gallery. If you like food, it is probably not the best experience. At best, the food can be described "wierd". None of the food has the taste you familiar with. A lot of flowers, berries, with sour, fatty, or just bland taste. If you are more of a foodie than an artist, you are better off picking up a take out from Ralph, honestly.

Vespertine was a lovely culinary experience. The food was edible art. It literally tasted as lovely as it looked. I think the wild scallop, obsidian mirror mussels dish, and porridge bread were my favorite. The icy birch was my least favorite. All of the Vinifera wine choices were amazing. Loved every one! The staff was so lovely and attentive. Overall it was a solid experience. Can’t wait to return.
