Our home inspector was Ethan Saraceno-Oliveri. Ethan inspected three homes for us before we finally chose our home. We are glad he was our inspector as he is very friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable about houses and construction. When we looked at possible homes to buy for our forever home we looked with an eye for what would work for us. We found out through him that we weren't looking close enough. Thanks to his keen eye and knowledge we avoided buying into homes that in the end would have been terrible choices due to the problems that had been covered up by various owners and contractors. I strongly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a home. He saved us a ton of money and possibly several months or years of headaches fixing things that we had missed.
