I called and spoke with Courtney first to setup an appt for my dog. She said will call me back never did. I tried again the next day she put me on long hold again. Later the day Alexandra called back told me how my acct was flagged because one of their Dr let me down I had a bad experience (she sure did).
I totally forgot about it and moved on. I called in to schedule route shots and skin allergy for my dog. Instead of turning my experience around they refused to service me. This is great. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Veterinary Medical Center.
If you can’t handle and give proper treatment on English Bulldog, just say so. Don’t make other excuses. What a joke!
The owner’s response is not even relevant to my complaint. I’m talking about appt to be seen, not how fast you get back to me on medical record request 🤦🏻♂️ I displayed other behavior like what? Concerned about my dog asks questions your Dr. Alexandra Barker have no answers for me?
There is no Vet like Dr. Kunin! We have been seeing him for 20+ years and he is AMAZING! He is so gentle, kind and good with his patients. I'm convinced that he can talk to, and communicate perfectly with the animals he treats. Animals love him and we do too! His staff is amazing as well. They treat you and your furbaby with kindness and compassion.THEY ALL TRULY CARE!
