Victoria and VEVENTS are exactly whom you need to hire if you are like us. For us, we had already done most of our wedding planning, but we needed someone to take over on the big day. We knew we'd be busy, and that we didn't want to burden our family. We decided to commit to hiring a day-of-coordinator, but we were on a budget.
We found VEVENTS to be very reasonably priced, and what we got was way more than we were expecting. Victoria and the whole team were sharp and professional, going above and beyond our needs in every way to make sure that we were taken care of during our wedding. Victoria covered every detail and took several meetings leading up to event to sync up with us. She took over communication with our vendors and took everything off of our plate. She met with us when we had vendor showcases. She offered her own things to help accommodate our polaroid station. She even gave us a ride one day when we ended up stranded far from transit at a warehouse. You get someone by your side every step of the way.
Beyond that, Victoria and the team are wonderfully kind and optimistic throughout the whole experience, keeping everything positive!
