Gosh I don’t know where to start. I guess I can do pros and cons. I’ll start with the pros. This review might be a long one but bare with me. In short I highly recommend Victor Navarro as your realtor. To start out we hired Victor to help us lower our interest rates and this man knows his numbers he did an amazing job. But as awesome as he is in that field of work. I’d like to boast on his realtor expertise. We hired Victor to sell our home. The home we were struggling to sell with another realtor. The home was vacant and as soon as we hired him he and his family stopped by the home to clean it up to get it ready for an open house right away. I’m not saying he will clean your house lol but I’m assuming he did because the house was empty. This man doesn’t waist time or play around or sit around and play the waiting game he gets things done. He doesn’t take his own pics and he certainly doesn’t hire a rookie. The last realtor we had, boasted on the years of expertise he had Im not sure how many years of expertise Victor has but he can most certainly boast on his expertise. of experience and yet Victor outdid him. His pictures came out way better than the last realtor. Not only did he get a profesional to do the picture he did the whole nine yards. This man knew we were on a time crunch the house was up for sale for about 6 months before we hired Victor. we moved out of state so at that time we were paying mortgage for the house we were struggling to sell and rent at the house we were living in. So you can see the time crunch we were on. As soon as we hired Victor he knew we needed to sell asap. So he had an open house every weekend. This man not only had many many people stop by for the open houses but somehow some way he even got people to come see the home during the weekdays this man got more people to see the house in a month than our last realtor did in 6 months. Can I also say that he would stop by the house to check up on it. I never had to ask him too. With our old realtor I’d have to ask him to stop by and he would agree too, but he would go at his own convenience. Victor prioritizes his clients his goal is to make sure his clients get what they want weather it be buying a home or selling he makes sure his clients don’t get ripped off. He doesn’t chase money. His clients happiness is his top priority. I am so grateful for him and his family who stand beside him. We had a somewhat messy tree next to the home and he would go above and beyond and sweep up the leaves before an open house. Did i mention that this man is very profesional and always on time he also dresses for success he means business. Not only did he sell our house really fast he is quick to give advice when asked. He really knows his stuff. He does his homework. And he sold our home for asking price. This man is very wise in his line of field. He’s so good we asked him to get his realtor license in the state we moved to lol. So far in our whole house hunting house selling seasons he has by far is the best. We’ve had two realtors when buying a home and two when selling. And by far I have never met a realtor that actually does his job and not just sit and wait. When we bought a home in the state we live in now we had to do all the research. Just call Victor Navarro don’t hesitate I guarantee that you won’t regret it. He is the best of the best. Did i mention he speaks Spanish. And is very friendly. Hire Victor Navarro’s as you forever realtor to buy, to sell, or to look into lowering your interest rate. You won’t regret it. Those are the pros now the cons NONE.

Victor came highly recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed with his services. From the beginning we felt very comfortable talking to him and we were confident that he was going to be able to help us. He was very professional and very patient during the stressful time which provided us the confidence and reassurance that we needed. We will definitely recommend Victor to all our family and friends.
