Tommie, don't know her last name, was rude, non-responsive & caused a delay in having my mom transferred from AZ to CA to be laid in her final resting place with my dad. After 3 phone calls from our mortician in AZ with no response from Tommie, I called several times and she not once returned either of our calls. I finally asked for someone else to help me. Thank goodness for Aod Chavez. He worked with us and we were able to have my mom successfully returned to CA. Tommie should be fired. I've never run into anyone like her in business and especially at such a sensitive time. If I had know better I would have called a different mortuary in Victorville. Mom is now in her final resting place but no thanks to Tommie.
