Victoria's Party Rentals

BEWARE!!!! I would give ZERO STARS! First of all, “Victoria” first showed up to my event late! Not answering any of my phone calls The day of the party so I ended up setting up late. Then they take about two weeks to pick up tables are rented and chairs. I then reached out to her and giving her the benefit of the doubt because I did like the work that I seen as far as the balloon arches on this page and Instagram! I had informed her that I planned on a baby shower for a family member. She then give me the quote and I responded a few days later, Informing her that I wanted to book the date and be guaranteed the date. Two days in a row I reached out and no response from her, no calls returned or Texts. A professional business would never leave a customer in this manner. now I am I am in need of searching for another business in such short time frame for my event!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, WITH A BUSINESS THAT CAN BE TRUSTED and CAUSE NO STRESS!
