Jaxon arrived within 2 hours and repaired the busted spring and safety cable on our door. He was explained as he did it and was done in 20 minutes. Glad I found my go to garage door company! Would recommend to anyone and will be using again in the future. Thanks so much!

Be careful about this company. I had them come out to troubleshoot a problem. My garage door worked fine for about a week, then one day out of the blue, I would get an error message on the display that said "blocked or miswired sensor, error code 11". Then it work fine again, then I'd have issues again. Intermittent problem but quite sure it was either the sensors, wiring or a bad circuit board. I checked and cleaned the sensors and wiring myself but the problem persisted. Technician came out, checked the sensors but then said he did not know what the problem was. Suggested I get new springs and that might solve the problem, why I don't know since that clearly wasn't the problem. Then suggested I consider getting a new motor. I asked how much that would be and [get this]... he said $5000. No joke!!! I laughed to myself and said I wasn't prepared to spend that kind of money. Then he said I could get a new motor for about $1700. I said no thanks. Clearly this guy had no clue how to fix my issue and if he was doing what the company has trained him to do, shame on them. I paid him the $50 service fee come coming out and sent him on his way. I checked for garage door openers on Amazon and found a 3/4 hp Liftmaster (not Genie, Craftsman or Chamberlain) but a Liftmaster for $319. So what?... they want $1400 to install it. I recommend that you do not use this company.
