Horrible experience. The wait was 45+ minutes for a coors light that was poured an hour ago and was warm. The staff does not care and says “if you don’t like it don’t come back”. This location was amazing when it was the Pyramid. New owners have really screwed this place and don’t care about sports fans even though they are right across from T-Mobile park and lumen field. I will never return and will forever go to sluggers. If I could give negative stars I would.

Went for drum and bass and who ever ran sound sucked at their job and didn’t understand the acoustics of the space, the echo was awful and the sound was better on the outdoor speakers even though they sounded like they were about to blow out

Whichever security company Victory Hall partners with for concerts, is awful! My friend realized his car was unlocked and had to exit the concert early on to lock it. He tried to re enter immediately, but understood concert policy. He started to buy a new ticket, understanding tickets dont ensure re-entry. This VERY RUDE female security guard said she would not let him in, even if he bought a new ticket! FYI, this concert was not sold out at all. She used her power to force him out and he was not allowed in, even when he complied with the concert's rules and was just going to buy a new ticket. This is unfair and he deserves a refund!!!!! Will not be going here ever again for any event, and I advise you to do the same.
