I ordered two pieces of fitness equipment that Victory was contracted to deliver and assemble in my home. They received the equipment and held it for 4 days before even letting me know that they had received it. They then refused to deliver and assemble both pieces because I live on an Air Force base and in their own words, it would "take too long" to deliver and assemble the equipment (even though I paid for the pieces to be delivered AND assembled). The woman on the phone was terribly rude and told me that I could either accept the delivery without assembly or they would just hold my equipment indefinitely. If you have a choice, choose a company who will actually complete the services they are contracted for.

Hired this carrier for a short haul, truck was loaded over on one axel and the closest scale was 75 miles away. Not only did they accommodate by bringing the excess product in a separate truck after cross-docking in Spokane but they did so at a reasonable rate. Would highly recommend for future business and hope to work with Mike in dispatch again.

I have worked with Victory Transport for several years, & wish more carriers were like them. They are always courteous & have great communication. Always on time unless the weather has something to say about that. I highly recommend using Victory for any transportation needs. 5 stars & 5 thumbs up!!
