Cool place to hang out and try new games and consoles before buying. Friendly customer service.

These guys are a ripoff and they have terrible customer service. A few days ago I brought in 3 games to trade in, the guy never even said hi when I walked in, he was goofing around behind the counter for 5 minutes. He took 20 minutes to look up the prices, offered me $7 trade, $5 cash, and was selling the same games on the shelves for more than $60 total. I chose to have him clean 1 video game that was having trouble loading ($5) - it still doesn't work, and he said he couldn't give any change or credit so that was my trade in used. Wow, why didn't you just kick me in the nuts when I walked in? Look at ebay and compare prices to Video Game Era, they charge 4-5x or more than ebay/craigslist prices. Terrible store, too bad because I love vintage video games and have been collecting for 25 years. This store misses the whole point of the culture and is just robbing the customer blind. I'll never go back.
