I purchased a number of TVs from Video Only Hayward before. I found out they moved to Union City and went to buy new OLED TV. The Union City store is much better setup compared to their Hayward store. Reggie helped me out and gave me a great deal. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole purchase process smooth and efficient. Will definitely continue to buy from Video Only.

Stumbled here after we spent the whole day looking for some new TVS . Reggie was super outgoing and informed us of the differences . Super patient and answered all of our questions . We decided on two TVs and I couldn’t be happier !! If you are looking for a new TV look nowhere else ! Great deals !

Reggie was super friendly and helpful. I purchased a Samsung 75” on Black Friday this year and Video Only offered a super discounted price compared to other major retailers. I was happy with the purchase and in-and-out of the store within minutes. I also purchased a TV mount here and received a discount. Staff appeared to be super down to earth type of people. I would highly recommend coming here before checking out others. The TV I purchased was sold out at some of the other retailers. This was by far the least stressful Black Friday Purchase ever. :)
