I don’t even think there are enough words to share how Vie has changed my life! I originally joined in 2016, after moving here from out of state & just needing a new gym. I had heard great things, so I went to check it out, & was greeted by the nicest, most welcoming women! I went back a few days later to officially join, & Amber, the owner, not only helped me, we chatted for quite some time. Fast forward, Vie ended up being the place where so much healing took place for me. I not only found myself again, I conquered and learned things I never thought I could! The love I found for myself was born within the walls of Vie.
Not only have I learned so much and gained so much confidence in what I’m capable of, my community, & some of my greatest friendships were also found within Vie. All the highs & lows life has held have been shared with these amazing women. I don’t know where I’d be without Vie, a piece of my heart is forever etched into those walls.
