Numerous water damage issues in a brand new home. Repeat repairs needed for exact same water intrusion issues indicating there is no actual checking of quality and work. Poor craftsmanship of original build and follow up repair work. Houses just slapped together to turn a profit as quickly as possible. I'd find another builder next time.
