So nice & helpful! Positively saved my sanity. I failed to get her name but one of the staff just helped teach me some techniques to get my machine sewing flawlessly - when I thought it might need service! She was so kind & helpful it made my day! Definitely recommend! Will return for classes, supplies & service in the future!

My sewing machine needed repair and when I went to take mine in they went above and beyond to help me with it. The staff we’re extremely polite and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I love how honest and helpful they were to my situation and I will be going back for my maintenance and upkeep of my sewing machine. I highly recommend this place. My vintage sewing machine is working like it’s brand new.
