The ignitor in my double oven went out and someone was sent out the day after I called to check it out. My tech was Yevhen and he was absolutely great. Incredibly friendly and professional, a really nice guy. He arrived promptly within the service window and the repair was done quickly. Very reasonable pricing. Hopefully I don't need anything else repaired any time soon but if I do I will be calling them! Cannot recommend them enough!
