Villa Property Inspections conducted a SB-721 Balcony Inspection on the stairways and a walkway of a multifamily property I own. These "Exterior Elevated Elements" were in excellent and perfect shape as I had them rebuilt by a reputable company a couple of weeks prior to the inspection. I was present during the rebuilding process. I was able to see all the components in the interior woden structures after the exterior surface (magnesite) was removed. I witnessed all the steps through the complete rebuilding. Once rebuilt, I had absolute certainty that the stairs and walkway were in perfect condition. I didn't need the inspection to reveal anything unknown to me. I needed the inspection just to comply with the law. In this regard, Villa Property Inspections was by far the most inexpensive contractor. I was also pleased in dealing with Danielle (office employee) and Joshua (the inspector). I recommend this company for SB-721 Balcony Inspections. Too many companies out there charging ridiculous fees for this type of inspections.
