Vincent Hair Artistry was fine however my stylist Roxy was not. I had 3 or 4 appt's with her in total. The 2nd one she called me last minute to change my appointment because she had another shoot come up. Then I booked her 2.5 months in advance for the weekend before my wedding. I was scheduled to see her at 8am on Sat morning. 10pm on that Friday night she cancelled on me. I asked her to schedule me with someone else since she left me with no options. She then ignored me. Not impressed.

I have been seeing Vincent for over two years now. Our first visit was so personal and informative. We spent the first 45 minutes coming out with a plan and a goal. He totally transformed my hair. It’s seriously so easy to maintain now. My hair is thick and healthy. I get so many compliments. It’s so natural. I couldn’t be more happy. Going to the salon feels like I’m hanging out with my friends. Sometimes I stop by just to say hello! They offer wine, coffee, tea, water, snacks, and magazines! They have the best playlist. They always accommodate with phone chargers, going to pay your parking meter, get you food or coffee and you can even bring your dog. They offer them treats too! Jurgen or Nick usually are at the front desk and are always so kind!!

I first came to Vincent in 2018. I had tried some many salons in LA and was never satisfied with the results. My hair has endured many bad coloring experiences, and Vincent helped completely transformed years of damage. He knows how to create the exact look I'm asking for. It is truly like watching a professional painter the way he understands and expresses all the complexities of hair color. I moved to the east coast a few months ago and will not let anyone else touch my hair. I came back to LA recently just so he could do my hair again.
