The Pharmacist Roseanne has been taking care of me for the past fifteen years. I contribute my good health to two things. Seeing a doctor on a regular basis and having the best, and most caring Pharmacist. She is always ready to answer any health questions you may have with a caring and a vast knowledge of medicine. The staff always has a smile for me and i never leave with a bad feeling not once in fifteen years. Thanks to all the staff.... You girls rock!!!! Thank you so much girls for laughing at my dumb jokes. You keep me well and I'll keep you smiling.

Roseanne, as the customer it is my right to leave a review of my experiences at your pharmacy. I don’t appreciate you scolding me for leaving a very truthful review on here to warn further customers. That’s why I said “fresh start” yesterday. But then you came at me about the review, that’s my right. You did better THIS time and now that’s my review. But you are still very judge mental for a pharmacy that is across the street from a clinic and you have tons of people filling that medication there. Thank you Roseanne! I love reviews!
I am editing this review because for the 2nd time I was scolded for simply inquiring about the price increase on the copayment of my medication. This is the first time I have ever left a review about the price or spoke to Roseanne about the price. Roseanne asked me today when picking up my medication to leave “an honest review”. Although everything previously mentioned is 100% accurate and true; I will say that Roseanne and the rest of her staff @ Vine Discount Pharmacy are very efficient, fast, and are taking the necessary PPE COVID-19 precautions.

They're one of the best pharmacies around that knows how to help you navigate the complex insurance/ medical system complex. Very helpful, nice, and quick. I don't ever have to wait hardly any time at all, probably as a result of being well staffed (no waiting around endlessly for a simple prescription like in the "big box" pharmacies). The Dr. knew my name right away, helping me feel like I'm getting personal service and always helpful in understanding the prescription.
