So far everything is great! Clean, quiet and very friendly staff and neighbors. The elevator went down after my $325 trip to the store, but the stair climbing did me good! The 40 pound dogfood waited on my truck...

They are rude. The employees here don't give a damn about the concerns of the tenants. They raise prices 2x a year. Senior housing owned by Republican board members are pricing out the elders. There is always trash left out. The employees are so useless. Pls avoid. The area is the only thing going for this place. Avoid the african American lady with the braids She hates her life and takes it out on you, extremely rude. There are other places in the area thag actually help keep the residents in the property’s by providing help to see what programs they qualify for. This place has none of that. They charge $100 for parking and just raised the rent another $100+ . The facilities look run down, there is water damage in a lot of places. Check their yelp for even more photos.
