Lady called me very very arrogant didn't even say hi how are you? As soon as I answered she said your card declined and gave me a nasty attitude, after that I told her to cancel because I will NOT buy from rude people who have zero customer service skills. Keep trying to charge my card all you want it will continue to be declined they deserve 0 stars.

I just received a wonderful item from Vintage Mercantile and Auction that I won on a HiBid auction. The whole process was smooth and professional. I had a pre-bidding question and was able to get an answer by phone. Shipping via their shipping provider was seamless and super convenient. And they shipped it out the day after I made payment. 5 stars, will watch their auctions online in the future. Oh, and the most important part - the description was accurate as were the detailed photos online. My expectations were at least met if not exceeded.
