Drove through the drive through this morning (8/16) to order my regular drink but the menu was different so I couldn’t find the tea I usually order. Whoever the barista was, she was rude and had a bad attitude. She made me feel stupid for not being able to find my drink and was rushing and the place wasn’t even busy. This isn’t the first time this girl has given me attitude and I usually let it go but this morning was crossing the line. Please do something about this as I usually love this cafe and I am for supporting local businesses.

Would NOT recommend this place. I’ve been coming here since I was in highschool and the same brunette barista (she’s a bit heavier set) always gives me problems. Constantly rude to me, my girlfriend AND her entire family, always has an attitude, and never makes the drinks right. I used my Vintage punch card to get a free drink (only up to $5? Really? I spend $50+ and I can’t get a drink bigger than 12oz?), and she made it completely wrong, didn’t add any sort of sugar (it’s an iced chai tea it is normally made a bit sweet) and SHE NEVER FILLS THE CUP ALL THE WAY. My bagel had NO cream cheese AT ALL, and she never cuts it in half even though I asked her too AND paid for extra cream cheese. These are regular occurrences with this barista unfortunately. I get being short staffed if that’s the case but these things are not okay. Owner, you need to speak with this girl, loyal customers should be treated with respect!
