This place is great! The staff is super informative and friendly, and they're affordable, which is always a plus. They even worked with me on payment when I needed it. My first cat healed up perfectly after getting spayed here, but my other kitty's ear infection seems to be coming back after meds. I'll call them tomorrow to see what's next, but overall, I've had a good experience.

I have been to two other vets in the past 2 months. My dog was mistreated and overlooked because he was a 14 years old. I was told it was the end of the road. VIP Animal Hospital took us seriously and communicated impeccably about the root cause of his issue (chronic kidney disease) and viable options for treatment. They cared and communicated perfectly. Couldn’t be happier and I know they extended and improved the time I have left with my pet.

Avoid here at all costs. My dog was gagging and we took him here immediately. I should’ve read the comments before doing so but we were really stressed out and were trying to get it solved quickly. It was the closest animal hospital to us as well. He was super uncomfortable and it felt like something was in his mouth. They charged us $500 for the xray, and tried charging us $300 for the medication for what they ASSUMED was happening to him. The xray came back and nothing. We went home and he was still trying to get something out of his mouth. We had to get the whole family to help us look inside his mouth and we found a branch and took it out ourselves. They prey on vulnerable people.
