I needed a health certificate for my dog for a travel but I couldn’t find any Wellness Center in our area.(We have many Pet Food Express stores with VIP Petcare services but the one with wellness center seems to be closed recently.) I decided to drive all the way to Alameda instead of looking for a vet nearby cause I just feel too comfortable with VIP Petcare services. I have used their services for 7 years and they never disappointed me.
This store was the only Wellness Center that opened that day because of the President’s day schedule, and there was a long line. I know some people don’t like the wait but this is not something customers or staffs can control. They are first-come-first-served clinics and it is sometimes convenient and gives you flexibility. Once you check in, they send you a link that you can check how many people are before you and how much wait it is. If the wait is long, you can go home and come back. Sandra, the vet, and her staffs were GREAT. They were so friendly and professional although they were the ones dealing with busy schedules. So happy with their service and highly recommend this clinic.
