I recently had an incredible experience at the Virgin store! I was being charged for long-distance calls even though my plan included 1000 international minutes. Costco, where I got my plan, was no help at all. But when I visited the Virgin store, Ash came to the rescue! She called customer service, explained my situation, and sorted everything out perfectly. Her exceptional customer service really stood out. If you're ever in need of help, I highly recommend this place! Thank you, Ash! 🙌

Sukh helped me getting a very good deal along with a phone and was very patient and polite. Even the staff along with sukh was helpful as they all were helping each other along with helping customers.
