I went to virgin plus store today because there was audio problem in my phone. NANCY helped me with the solution and we ended up getting new Samsung device from her. Great customer service 👏

I visited virgin plus store today to reactivate my account since it was suspended. I met Nancy, she provided amazing customer service and helped me reactivate my account and since i lost my sim, she replaced the sim as well. I am glad I met her. cheers to her.
