ZERO stars! I made an appointment for my son at 8am hoping he could go and then get to class by 9am. We got there at 7:45am, 15minutes early to fill out paper work like they requested. However, they were not open when we got there, the open at 8am. No biggie, we will wait till 8am, that's are appointment time anyway. Well, 8:10 rolls around and they open their doors. This is how conversation with the lady at the front desk went: Her: what's your name? Me: Valerie Ochoa Her: hmmm can I see your ID? Me: hands ID Her: how are you related to the patient? Me: Mom Her: hmmmm...ok ...let me see... Me: waiting Her: Do you have legal custody of him? Me: Well I'm married to his father Her: hmmmm ok....looks are her computer. Oh so your his Step Mom Me: Sure 🙄 (I've been my son's mom (his bio is not around) since he was 2 & married to his father, who custody, for 13 years.) Anyways annoying but whatever. Then she gives us the paperwork one for my son (he's 15) & one for me. I finish mine in 5min. I turn it in & sit down. My son's seems to be struggling with his, so I tell him let me know if you need help. (It's on personal topics so I give him some space) he then slides next to me & is asking me about the paperwork. They lady sees & says "oh that's for him to fill out" I said i know he needs my help with a glare. She says nothing. We turn in the paperwork & she says ok have a seat the provider is not here yet. It's 8:25 by now so I'm like ok hmmm, that's weird. FINALLY at 8:45, 45min after our scheduled appointment. We get called back. During they ask me if we want his blood drawn, we are running late, so I tell her no not today we can come back. So they do the appointment & then I step out so they can do the physical exam (my son's 15, doesn't want his mommy in there of course!) So Im waiting & waiting till it's finally 9:30 & I ask what's taking so long? She said shouldn't be too long. Another 15 minutes goes by & I ask again. So she goes back to check. When she comes back she says oh he got really light headed & almost fainted so they are giving him so juice & an ice pack! I'm like wait? What? Almost fainted from what? She's says oh when they drew the blood! I was furious!!!!! They had asked my son after I went out of the room & he said yes, thinking it was a shot not a blood draw. Needless to say we won't be going back there. Rude, slow & don't listen!!!
