When called in to let the clinic know that I got here early due to being from our of town and staying out of town of Bainbridge Island waiting in the car in the parking lot the person on the phone said can't check in tell certain time but asked if they can just let them know In case the nurse and doc wanted us to check on anyways the person didn't seem to want to do this and was kinda little grumpy about it. So sad that everybody everywhere is grumpy nowadays :(. I know that there are procedures to follow but receptionist can still let the nurse and doctor know about things I seen nurse and doctors override things before in other medical facilities. Also kinda would be cool wait in car tell they ready instead of inside.

Very unreliable and unprofessional lab services. They are not consistent with their posted hours and close early without posting any information on their website. If you are able to receive lab services from any other provider then you are better off doing so.

I had a positive covid test so I contacted the BI Rheumatology department since I am on immuno-suppressant medication. I sent a secure message via the patient portal and in less than 5 minutes my phone was ringing. I had an appointment to talk to the Rheumatology Pharmacist that afternoon via an online video session.

It was amazing to have that support and feel like they cared about me. She recommended I take Paxlovid because it would definitely help me feel better and she asked me to give her an update on how I was feeling the following week.

Thank you Virginia Mason. I always feel my doctors have been very caring.
