1) DOCTOR - Although the new young doctor was a good listener she lacks the life experience I needed in a doctor (had kids, typical women's health issues, etc) They relied on tests and referrals vs simply listening to my experience.
2) Tons of Expensive TESTS - After a year and tons of tests I remained in abdominal pain and it was only after i self-referred out of VM that at the first visit with a different doc I got the right diagnosis (IBS).
3) BILLING - Also as many have mentioned they have a very aggressive billing dept. I have 2 different coverages and while they always get confused who is in first they sent my bill to collections (for the $30 copay from one).
