My grandfather was just in and unfortunately passed away. I just wanted to say that all of the staff were really respectful and helpful during the whole time. They made sure that we all had a chair and offered us all watter and juice. They didn't rush us and allowed us to spend as much time with him that we wanted to.

The emergency and neuro team here saved my life so 5 stars 100%. I was sent from Ellensburg and had a ruptured aneurysm/stroke. The VM team operated the same night and I spent 3.5 weeks in ICU. My husband corresponded with the nurses every day since he couldn’t be with me (stupid COVID) and they were amazing, kind and shared info with him. Dr. Robinson and Dr. Ryan both managed my neuro needs including a shunt placement 3 weeks(?) after the aneurysm. All in all, the whole team treated me with care, love, dignity and skill. I’m forever grateful. God is so good.

Extremely caring and professional doctors. They are thorough and great listeners. One of the best hospitals I have worked with.
