Although we had to be there extremely early and were told to park in a specific place like a few other folks, those garages were not open that early but your staff was good helping all of us get in the main building. Unfortunately they didn't give us any direction and my husband and I had never been there before. Luckily the other people that had been there before and got us to our destination. Updated instructions and information is definitely needed. All the nurse's and staff inside were wonderful and very nice. They took great care of my husband for sure. My husband was there on 6/20 room 1269, floor 12 after his procedure and my girl Carol was the one I had to check in with at the nurse's station while waiting for my husband to get to his room. I had been up since 3am and this very wonderful and precious lady did the most to make sure I was taken care of too. I've been through a lot of surgeries with my husband and the love one isn't really the priority they are just there but Carol made me feel just as important. She even made me a coffee from the employee area and kept checking in on me throughout our long day to see if I needed something. Chatted with me etc. Thank you Carol for making the patients loved one's get quality care.I never write posts but Carol is not just a gem but this lady made me feel cared about also.
