An extraordinary mail forwarding service for people who do not want to deal with the hassle of receiving their mail. They just receive it for you, collect it, scan it and email it, in addition to a myriad of add-on services. I had been previously with another service, and I know the difference -- Virtual Post Mail is outstanding; their customer service is unsurpassed; they answer all emails very thoroughly and accomodate all kinds of special forwarding requests. They're truly client-oriented. Their website personal mailbox interface is a breeze and pleasure to use. Been with them for 2 years!

A long time ago, a friend approached me on the idea of virtual post mail accounts. I thought the idea was out of this world. Why would I pay to have someone receive and handle my mail (and packages)? Fast forward to now, when I find myself in a situation where I don't know for how long I would stay at my current residence and the whole prospects of constantly (every 2-3 years) redirecting my mail is just nightmare to me, opening an account with VPM was the perfect solution. I couldn't be happier with the service. The sign-up process was fast and simple. My experience with every department I encountered has been positive. I received first class service from customer support. And Shipping Ops was both helpful and accommodating. Two thumbs up for VPM!!

What a horrible virtual mailbox provider! I would never entrust this company with any important information. I had two credit cards stolen that were mailed through their facility. The first card was stolen by making a tiny slit in the envelope and carefully removing the card. When I confronted them about how much problems this caused me, VPM proceeded to refund me $2.00. Haha... I had to spend hours on the phone working with the credit card provider to get this card sent to another address. The next card that was sent never arrived to my mailbox. All of the other information from my credit card company did arrive.
The woman I spoke with took no responsibility for anything. Somehow thought it was my responsibility to know what signature was on the outside of a mailed envelop. Are you serious a signature on the outside of the piece of mail?
