Dr. Tesmer is one impressive human being! She advocates for neonates as a board-certified neonatologist at CHOC as well as anyone who is seeking to improve their aesthetic appeal. She is kind, gentle, energetic, humble, skilled, and honest. She is respectable beyond measure, and has proven herself in medicine for over 30 years taking care of the most vulnerable.
