This is a small family business, ran out of their home. The owner has nearly two decades of experience, which is evident in every aspect. Professional, personable and an exceptional product at a reasonable price. Josh aims to help hardworking families design their dream home, without busting their budget right out of the gate. Which is why he has chosen to work out of the home, with minimal overhead, so he can pass that savings onto his clients. We had an excellent experience, with outstanding service and communication. He made the process so much fun and helped eliminate some of the stress and anxiety that can go with the home building process. He has a lovely family and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
