Didn’t let me know my items were ready when I ordered through the sale and then told me they wouldn’t honor the sale price. Pretty shitty.

My experience was excellent. From the check in with the receptionist Letty, to the doctor , Dr. madriaga, they are both an asset to Kaiser.

Alfred Luna is amazing! He gave me tips on how to best use my new glasses and even gave me a QR Code for more tips. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all. I really appreciated his kindness. We never know what someone is going through and a smile and providing your full attention can change one’s whole day. It did mine. Thank you, Alfred!
