Maybe my experience might shed some light. I had progressives and came here and I was told I only need one pair of distance glasses. 3 weeks go by and then he decides I need progressives. 2 to 3 weeks go by and I still have blurry vision only being able to see clearly 10 feet away. I dug up a Varilux Progressive Glasses and he told me to come in. I then found my other pair of Varilux Progressive Glasses and I told him it gave me 20/20 vision.
He said they do not have that brand so they can't help me and gave me a full refund. They only carry a Digital Brand. Digital glasses are a feature and not a brand. He then referred me to Dr. Wayne in Renton. Dr. Wayne called me and said he gives tests but no glasses so it would cost me hundreds of dollars for the test but he can't help me as he doesn't prescribe glasses. So then he referred me to another place in Tukwila for the test and glasses.
I went to Lens crafters and explained my issues and they resolved it immediately. The eye doctor couldn't diagnose my condition and waited until I figured it out so he referred me to a doctor that can not help me. Also, during my final visit they booked me and another person both at 12. They took care of my refund but told the other lady because she was 15 minutes late with the same doctor as mine they can't help her for the day. I was late to but they helped me. Well they double booked it and the last test they wanted to give me the doctor decided not to bring me to the back.
I brought my wife here with me and I guarantee you I'm never coming back nor would I suggest this location.
