I had a great experience at Visionworks Alderwood! The staff were so friendly and professional, and explained all of the testing clearly. I was also excited to hear that there was an alternative test to check my retina that does not involve dilation! The doctor was very thorough and really took the time to explain my eye issues to me. I will definitely be coming back!

Visionworks is amazing!!! VADIM AND TALI ARE AMESOME. Broke my original pair of glasses and 2 days before having to attend a family members wedding. That i bought in another state. Vadim was able to locate the exact same pair of glasses that are about to be discontinued and Tali was able to make a couple moves and sell me the last pair of glasses that the lab would have and for an amazing price. They made it super simple and easy. They even were able to swap my lenses right in the store for me. Everyone else wanted me to get a new prescription and wait 3 weeks with taped glasses until a whole new pair was made. I Never thought it would happen and 2 hours before the wedding!!!! I walk in and walked out in 5 minutes. Absolutely the best service i have ever had at an eye doctor. I recommend everyone should go to these guys because they have a great selection and do whatever they can to make your request happen. Thank you so much Vadim and Tali. You guys are awesome. I'll always be back!!
