Never going back to another stuck up richy rich eye doctor! My experience here was so much better than anywhere else, and I'd highly recommend if your children are anxious about these kind of appointments. The poor staff were swamped when I was there, and some of the customers don't know how to behave like functional adults, but the staff never faltered. I was very content with my service during the appointment and picking out my frames. My glasses arrived earlier than anticipated, and pickup was a breeze! Keep in mind that due to high volume of customers that they may not be able to answer the phone.
