The customer service is good. The optometrist was friendly and thorough. Ordered two pairs of glasses for my daughter and they were back in a week. Price was reasonable. My glasses however........ First, the frame selection is pretty terrible. I had some old frames I liked, so I sent them off with my new prescription. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and they're still not back. I'm starting to get concerned that they have lost them. Plus, my insurance did cover exam and a small portion of my frames/lenses and it was still more expensive than going to Wal-Mart where they do not take my insurance. (Keep in mind, I didn't even use their frames.) Update They broke my frames. MY frames. So after 2 1/2 weeks I have no glasses and the frames I gave them to use they destroyed. So done. Never going back.
