I trust them. Unlike some places, the Dr will answer your questions and is quick to give referrals and recommendations. Treat your glasses the way you should (don't clean them with your T-shirt or tissue paper for heaven's sake), and respect the lenses that help you see, and you shouldn't have a problem. When the employees make an error, they are quick to own up to it and swift to correct. I'll be going back with my kids. Dr. Waterbury did something no other doctor ever did in all my daughter's years. She ID'd a correctable eye condition. Now she's in therapy and reading better and getting good grades.

I got an eye exam, paid full in cash, was fitted with contacts, eyes re-examined and they are refusing to release the prescription to a third party (1800contacts). I have been in twice and they insist on a third visit. The optometrist was excellent (arguably one of the best) which is a shame because the ancillary staff, Sherry and her manager, Sarah, were disorganized, rude, and strangely obstinate.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was also very quick and listened to all of my concerns. He was able to complete my mom and I’s appointment in under 30 min while remaining professional and friendly.
