I spoke with a woman named Heather on the phone, and I was completely shocked by how she spoke with me. I called just to check on co-payment prices and she literally interrupted me. I explained to her that she could not answer my question when I didn't even get a chance to finish and her response was "sorry I am just trying to get the question out of you." I was shocked and asked to speak with her supervisor, which is when she informed me she didn't have one. I will be going above her. Also, I went to Alderwood Optical, which had wayyy better service and friendly staff.

Have a new pt appt there, whoever answered the phone was so rude. They were having issues with finding my child under my insurance, every time I would try to tell her something she would cut me off, kept saying I need to pay out of pocket, I called my ins and confirmed that my daughter is under my plan, called them back, spoke to the same person and asked her to go and verify that my daughter is insured, she rudely said it would take a coupe days to add a new dependent, I kept trying to tell her that she was not just added she's been under my ins for the past 4 years. As I was talking to put me on hold and then obviously checked and saw my daughter under my plan and came back and said we are all good to be seen... Hoping when I actually go in for my appointment, customer service will be a little better. It really doesn't take much to be nice.
