Scott at ViTL Nutrition has been instrumental in helping me to better understand nutrition and how to eat healthier. He did not put me on a diet program but helped educate me on how various foods and drinks interact and the result they have on your body. He is knowledgeable, patient, consistent, and supportive. I have lost 20 pounds just by eating differently and now am going for another 20! Thanks for all the advice Scott!

Susan’s nutrition approach is simultaneously research-based and individualized. She is happy to share research articles when clients are interested in learning more about a particular area of sports nutrition, and she stays up to date on the latest research. At the same time, Susan encourages clients to reflect on their own experiences with food, training performance, sleep and well-being, and offers guidance based on individuals’ patterns. Finally, she understands athletes’ training demands and different calorie needs, and takes those into account when advising her clients. Susan has taught me so much during our time together that I feel prepared to make informed nutrition decisions on my own.
