I have been going to Gateway Pet Grooming for over 15 years now and they treat you like family.... I have met everyone and all are so sweet and caring. It’s a great feeling knowing your dogs are in great hands. The grooming is awesome!!! I started with my first puppy Lahana and out of all the places I tried this was the place she didn’t get anxiety and was happy.. my 2 little ones now Nani and Finn go and it’s there time to be pampered and indeed pampered they are, and they look great and smell great when I pick them up....I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed... 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure!!!

I initially came here due to reasonable pricing for cat grooming. I brought my Persian cat here a few times for bathe and cut. The first time she came home sneezing soap bubbles out of her nose the drive home and a bit after we got home. So I’m still not sure what happened there. The next time, she was cut on her leg and they cut her whiskers on one side and sneezing again. I waited another 8 months for her grooming, not sure what I was thinking, and gave them one last try. When I took her I gently let them know what happened last time with her whiskers and they spoke Spanish and argued with each other loudly and took my cat. I will never go back. She was cut again and when I went back to pick her up they ignored me and I had to request help twice before somebody yelled from behind the wall; your cat is up front behind the desk and to Venmo $85. Their customer service sucks! I don’t feel safe to leave my cat with this rude place! Beware!!

I have a 12 lb shitzu appt was at 10 and it was supposed to take 2 hrs.
We called 12:30 . No answer then a text that he will be ready in 45 min.
They close at 2 .
1:45 we go to get him even though they have not called, we walk in they are giving him the cut. For 4 hours my dog has been there and they grooming him now. This is not ok.
We will not be returning
