I toured this club a couple weeks ago. It was the most awkward interaction I've ever had with a "Chief Operating Officer." Was he filling in for someone? He spoke very little both on the phone and in-person. He did not even greet me when I arrived. He opened the door and had me follow him up the stairs. He showed me one room and didn't say much about it. He asked me if I liked it. We looked at another room. The way he would hold doors open for my partner or me was by holding his foot behind him to keep it open. I am completely capable of opening doors, and I tend to hold doors open for others even when I am the customer, but I am quite sure this isn't the level of customer service expected by the owner. This isn't someone I would want to interact with as a chief operations officer or anything else. Nice club, I was interested, but no thanks. I hope this gentleman was just having a bad day before I arrived. Otherwise, I think he needs a different job.
