Unbelievably incredible customer service from Brandon at VIVO! Our dog was given a medication at the emergency clinic that caused her to completely lose control of her bowels and leave 20 or 30 trails of diarrhea. All over our bedroom carpet, on our bed, and all the way down the hall carpet runner to the front door! After I am sure was a very long day for Brandon, he came to our house at 6:30 PM and completely cleaned everything. We would have had to go to a hotel if not for Brandon. He had cleaned our carpet once before and my husband and I were both incredibly impressed with his customer service and the work he did. I cannot possibly recommend Brandon and his company more strongly. He literally save the day over here tonight.

We had two upholstered chairs cleaned. They had availability within a day or so of me calling. They came out to the house and did a great job. The chairs look great and smell great.

I am so happy I went with this company!!! Brandon’s work of art in cleaning EXCEEDED my expectations of what a clean carpet could look like!! They are not just a company! They are someone you put into your contacts into the phone because you know you will be calling them back for another refreshing clean! I 100% recommend this company looking for a reasonably priced carpet cleaning! We also had our hardwood floors cleaned and if I didn’t know any better I would have said they went to home depot and bought me new flooring! They’re service was through the roof! Best customer service I ever gotten! Vivian Clean 💯! Brandon went above and beyond and I could not be more happier!!! He pulled my fridge out and washed underneath my oven! I love this company and I will never go with any other!!!
