I placed an order for a jacket and it took 3 weeks to get it. The package was lost at the post office, VK wear opened many cases and followed ups with the post office to get this resolve and finally the package arrived and the jacket was in good condition. My suggestion will be to ship the cloths in boxes and not in such a small bags where the the cloths can de damaged during transit. VK wear also offered me a 20% discount on any future purchases.
