I started working with Hilary in July 2022. I have always been a binge eater and dieter. I can lose weight fast, but it isn’t sustainable.
After having a kid, I realized I need a much healthier approach to weight loss and maintenance and fortunately came across Hilary through a friend. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She gives you the exact information you need to be successful and I’m losing weight eating upwards of 1500 calories. Something I’ve never been able to achieve. I also don’t feel like I’m “dieting” because no food is off limits.
I am down about 15 lbs, and plan to go another 15. It’s slower than I’ve normally done it and I’m okay with that because now if I have a cheat day, I don’t gain 7 lbs over night. I’m in a much more sustainable place.
