Been working with this agency for about 3 months now and still haven’t got paid on my pay date ! When I first started I applied for direct deposit and still haven’t got a check direct deposit ! Not exactly sure what they do at the office cause I’m not the only one with this problem ! Only reason why they deserve a star is because they have good assignments with good company’s ! But beside that this agency is very unorganized and needs to start focusing on getting the people paid and paid correctly! If I didn’t record my own hours I would have been cheated 6 hours !(they paid the missing 6 hours the following “payday”) So before you start working with volt just know that you can find a good temporary job but expect to get paid late ! And if you try contacting them good luck cause they never pick up the phone !
The following is for whoever runs the volt branch in West Covina ! If you viewed my review and don’t like it then do something about your staff because what I stated is 100% true and I have proof. Would also be interested in a position with your payroll department! Seems like they could use some help.
